Before determining a listing price for your property, we will conduct a Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA, at no cost or obligation to you.  This report will show what properties similar to yours have most recently sold for in your area, as well as similar properties that are actively listed on the market.

Your Village & Shoreline Properties agent will review this study with you in detail, analyzing it feature by feature.  Armed with the knowledge of prices that comparable homes have actually sold for, as well as where comparable active listings are priced, we will be able to arrive at a realistic price range for your home. 

Next, we'll clarify what your goals are in selling your home. Everyone who sells a house has different goals that need to be factored in when calculating the selling price. 

Some questions to consider are:
